Attorney – Labor & Employment Practice – Albuquerque, New Mexico

The Albuquerque, NM office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel, and provides a high‑level, independent yet collaborative legal service within a sophisticated practice.

• Provide legal services in labor and employment law, including client advising, litigation, counseling, and training.
• Draft, respond to discovery, initial pleadings, motions, and take/defend depositions.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

• Admitted to practice in New Mexico.
• Two to seven years of experience in employment law matters.
• Prior employment litigation experience (preferably on the management side).
• Experience in employment counseling or in‑house employment law is preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and independent work skills.
