Senior Attorney Needed for Rapidly Growing Business Law Firm Based in New Mexico

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area and have offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently searching for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law.

As an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• JD Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of experience within Business law

Required practice experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases and real estate
• Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
