Overview: Street / Parking Lot Sweeper Operator. Visit assigned properties each night throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding area.

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Part Time.

Schedule:
*** We are currently hiring for PART TIME, the schedule will be about 3 days per week, about 5-7 hours each night. **
* Work to be performed between the hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am (Actual hours vary based on schedule)

Work Location: You will be assigned multiple work sites each day throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.

Job Duties:
- Operate / drive street sweeper.
- Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Operate a leaf blower.
- Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping.
- Other exterior cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Assist in snow removal (seasonal).

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record that is acceptable to our insurance company.
- Must understand and follow basic safety precautions, rules and regulations.
- Must have a track record of being dependable.
- Be capable of working independently.
