• Enters orders in the appropriate SOR meeting accuracy and timeliness guidelines
• Works with warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy to expedite orders
• Escalates customer service issues to supervisor or customer service specialists
• Performs order entry into the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record as a backup only
• Initiates and receives telephone and email communication with customers
• Escalates and communicates with internal and external customers as needed or requested
