Warehouse Supervisor

Gulfeagle is looking for an inspired individual with great leadership skills ready to take their career to the next level at one of the top building materials distributers in the industry. As a Gulfeagle Warehouse supervisor you would assist, oversee, and coordinate all warehouse activities under the direction of the Branch Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and order accuracy.
• Maintain inventory counts and report shortages or issues
• Help schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff
• Ensure the warehouse fleet and equipment are kept clean, safe and in good working order.
• Support training of team members and make sure safety rules are followed.
• Assist with facility security and basic property checks.
• Preform ither duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with team members, drivers, vendors, and management.
• 2+ years of warehouse or supervisory experience
• Basic knowledge of building materials (roofing experience a plus)
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse software.
• Knowledge of roofing material
• Ability to organize tasks, lead a small team and get work done on time.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
