Maintenance Manager provides strong leadership within the Maintenance department by developing and sustaining programs in technical training, safety, quality, communication, performance recognition, and employee development—ensuring the team operates at peak productivity and consistently meets operational standards.

• Oversee and direct the work of Maintenance Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead performance management, employee development, and engagement processes.
• Apply company and plant policies consistently and fairly.
• Analyze multiple data sources and priorities while planning for future business needs.
• Manage maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime and ensure compliance with customer specs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the MRO storeroom, including materials and service purchasing.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to adapt to changing operational demands.
• Maintain high productivity and cost efficiency through effective scheduling of maintenance activities and labor resources.
• Lead the department’s safety program, promoting a safe working environment.
• Ensure employees have proper training, tools, and equipment to perform their jobs safely.
• Set and enforce strong safety expectations while modeling accountability.
• Manage the Maintenance department budget and ensure financial goals are met.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance initiatives using predictive maintenance tools.

• College degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct supervision of supervisors.
