to oversee operations at one of our Retail offices and help us create a positive and efficient environment for our customers and team. While the address for this position is based in Albuquerque, we’re looking for someone with
flexibility to support other locations
if needed, short term or long term.

As our Retail Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From navigating policies and regulations to overseeing hiring, scheduling, training, and daily operations (like road tests and inventory), you'll play a key role in keeping our office thriving.

• Proven experience in
  retail management
  , particularly with compliance and customer service.
• Strong skills in
  team leadership
  and staff supervision.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and learning new systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (bilingual or multilingual is a bonus!).
• Familiarity with
  scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking
  .
• Experience in
  training and team development
  is highly valued.
