Senior Division Manager – West Texas Jomar Electrical Contractors

Location:

West Texas Salary:
Approximately $125,000 annually, negotiable based on experience

Position Summary

Jomar Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Division Manager to lead and oversee our West Texas division. This is a senior-level leadership position responsible for the overall performance and management of the division.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction, strong operational and financial management skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and develop business.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the overall operations and performance of the West Texas division.

· Lead, manage, and develop project management, estimating, field, and administrative teams.

· Oversee multiple electrical construction projects from planning through completion.

· Monitor project profitability, budgets, schedules, costs, and overall financial performance.

· Ensure projects are properly staffed and adequately supported.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and other business partners.

· Assist with business development and identifying new project opportunities.

· Review project performance and address operational, financial, and scheduling issues.

· Establish and maintain departmental goals, procedures, and performance standards.

· Ensure company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed.

· Provide leadership and accountability to the entire West Texas operation.

· Work closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and division growth.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall operational performance.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

· Significant experience in electrical contracting/electrical construction.

· Senior-level management or division leadership experience.

· Experience overseeing multiple electrical construction projects.

· Strong understanding of project financials, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

· Experience managing project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field personnel.

· Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· The ability to manage both the operational and business sides of a division.

· A proven track record of growing and successfully managing an electrical construction operation.

This is not simply a project management position. We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of the entire West Texas electrical division and leading the department at a senior management level.
