QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read & understand assembly documentation
- Manual dexterity
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Works well in team environment
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble, inspect & prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation & drawings
- Trim & form leaded parts
- Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings
- Properly fill out production documentation
- Communicate with cell captains on parts shortages & problems
- Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
- Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed
