This position reports to:
Supervisor (Production)

• Assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, and training on tools and methodologies.
• Support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit.
• Report quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintain process documentation.

• Safety:
  Understand and follow plant safety and procedures, avoid or prevent hazardous conditions, wear appropriate protective equipment, keep work area clean, and participate in plant safety objectives.
• Job Functions:
  
  Test product to standards, ensure quality operation of the process, perform quality checks and controls, maintain efficiency and productivity rates, and prepare accurate production records.
• Education & Experience:
  
  High School diploma/GED required; prior manufacturing or quality control experience preferred; lift to 40 lbs and perform push/pull functions; work overtime and weekend schedule as needed.
• Skills & Training:
  Read written instructions, bend, twist, and turn safely, lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, good hand dexterity, clear English communication, and strong math skills.
