- Perform accurate custom stucco color matches, adhering to lab policies and quality standards
- Ensure on-time completion of color vial orders, aligning with customer specifications and company timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, taking pride in the upkeep of the color lab
- Proactively collaborate with the Regional Color Manager to suggest and implement improvements in lab efficiency and processes
- Monitor and maintain color lab equipment, ensuring it operates safely and effectively
- Manage inventory by ordering color vials and pigments as needed to ensure stock availability
- Accurately package and label color vials, ensuring correct order fulfillment for warehouse and customer delivery
- Assist with customer service and warehouse operations as needed, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and understand routine reports and correspondence in English
- Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure
- Experience working in a color lab environment is preferred but not required
- Forklift certification, with the ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and tape dispensers
- Ability to follow detailed, straightforward instructions and solve basic problems in standardized situations
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and interacting with customers daily
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work occasional overtime as needed
