Head Brewer - Flix Brewhouse
Join the team at Flix Brewhouse, the first-ever cinema brewery in America, where we blend the love of film with the joy of craft beer and delicious food!
Responsibilities- Effectively brew core line of award-winning craft beers, contributing to seasonal offerings, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production goals.
- Maintain monthly inventory.
- Develop new recipes.
- Work with L&D team to communicate new offerings to the team.
- Certified Cicerone Beer Server with at least three years of experience working in a brewery.
- Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, general understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical inclination.
- Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for extended periods.
- Preference for candidates who graduated from an accredited MBAA course.
