SUMCO in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for a 12-hour day shift (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.), with three shifts one week and four shifts the next.
This on-site role leads production, enforces 5S, quality, and safety standards, and coordinates priorities across manufacturing areas. You will oversee equipment maintenance, champion continuous improvement, and manage disciplinary action while maintaining SPC and QC documentation.
The following role is for a Day-Shift Manufacturing Lead — 12 Hour (6am–6pm) with SUMCO.
The advertised compensation is 87.000 - 95.000.
