RN - Progressive Care

Location: 1100 Central Avenue SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico , USA.

Compensation: Minimum $37.8k, maximum $51k.

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care (Step-Down).

Summary: At Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS), we are dedicated to the care of healthcare workers. PHS team members are the heart of our organization. As a Progressive Care (Acute Care Step-down) Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Hospital, you will coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. New graduates can join our mandatory residency program featuring seminars, peer debriefing, support groups, and rounding.

0.9 FTE (36 hours/week). Day shift and night shift available: 12-hour days 7:00am-7:00pm, 12-hour nights 7:00pm-7:00am.

• Acute Medical Step-Down – high acuity patients.
• Cardiac Step-Down – 50 beds, telemetry monitoring for cardiovascular disorders.
• Neuro Step-Down – 29 beds, neurology step-down for neurosurgery and neurological injuries.

• Registered Nurse–NM license (New Mexico or Compact State).
