Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality assistance to support residents' daily activities and health needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure safety procedures are upheld.
• Support medication administration and assist with outpatient or in-room treatments as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including proper positioning and mobility assistance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Must have completed healthcare training or relevant experience in long-term care settings.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Competence in basic nursing procedures and resident support.
• Must bring a valid state or federal  wear a photo badge at all times.
