Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care and support within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents through compassionate and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff.
• Follow established care plans and protocols to deliver personalized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and resident observations.
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal identification, vaccination, and badge requirements.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious/medical exemption.
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
