CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support patient needs, assist with daily activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate charts and records.
• Support infection control policies, including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico.
• Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
• Must have current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
