Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with surgical team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques
Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies
Active RN License - New Mexico or Compact State License
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
Skills:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred
CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Certification preferred
1+ year of recent OR Circulating experience preferred
You hold an active NM RN license and ADN. You have BLS certification and experience circulating in OR. You thrive in collaborative perioperative teams and maintain sterility
