CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provides essential bedside care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring resident comfort and safety. The CNA plays a vital role in supporting nursing staff and maintaining a clean, safe, and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and uphold safety standards at all times.
• Support the care team with mobility, positioning, and feeding as needed.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state or jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass any required background checks and health screenings.
• Comply with facility policies on COVID-19 vaccination or hold a medical/religious exemption.
• Possess a positive attitude and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Able to work scheduled shifts including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
