Schedule:
Mondays, 6:30pm–10:30pm, with care provided at the patient’s residence and collaboration with CNAs, case managers, and physicians.
Requirements include a nursing license (RN or LPN), CPR, TB test, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will execute physician plans, document care, monitor vitals, manage medications, and educate patients and families in a supportive home
