Join our team as a Night Shift Emergency Room (ER) Charge Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting.
As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for managing patient care, supervising staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining compliance with policies and safety regulations
. You will collaborate with management to develop and revise protocols, serve as a primary contact for patients, providers, and staff, and oversee operational functions.
- Associate's degree or Nursing Diploma
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse experience or more than 1 year of clinical/management experience
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- National certification in a clinical specialty
