Must-Have:

MOAB Certification is required.

No locals within 100 miles.

COVID vaccine is optional, but must report COVID vaccine numbers.

Travelers will be required to undergo a second set of fingerprints upon arrival if caring for children.

Ability to function independently in home health care settings.

Description:

MOAB certification is required.

If the traveler does not already possess the MOAB certification, they will receive a 4-hour de-escalation course during their first week.

If they do not pass the course, their contract may be subject to cancellation.

Travelers must provide care for adults and geriatric patients in home health settings.

Expected patient ratio is 1:5.Daily census is approximately 190.Travelers will be provided with an emergency response device to ensure safety during community care.

Mileage is reimbursed at the federal IRS standard mileage rate.

Travelers will have a maximum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of calls for cancellation occurring three times throughout the assignment.

RTO restrictions apply, where greater than 7 days needs approval.

Travelers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with home health specific assessments and management of varying patient conditions.

Previous home health experience is required and needs to be recent.

Travelers are expected to complete required screenings and comply with all necessary protocols during the assignment.

Overall, this position requires strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage complex care needs in a home health environment.
