Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, Albuquerque, NM. Start date 10/29/2026 for a 5-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift: 18:00–06:30, 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. This LOCAL ONLY assignment offers weekly pay of $682–$721.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and state regulations.
• Monitor residents’ health status, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and wound care as directed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity.
• Document accurately in the patient record; ensure infection control and facility policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

• Active LPN license (state of New Mexico) or eligibility to practice
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
