Base pay range: $30,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

This range is provided by The Southwest Life Real Estate Group powered by PLACE and eXp Realty LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Kickstart or jumpstart your career in real estate with a blast! Our dynamic 86-day program is finely tuned to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive as a successful REALTOR in today's competitive market. On average, our agents close and pend 3.4 transactions during this intensive period.
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes. Dive into the exciting world of real estate, working closely with seasoned sales agents to help clients find their dream homes. Become a true student of the game and master the intricacies of the industry while earning as a Showing Agent.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in daily power up and script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
