• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch Reset your career with our dynamic 90-day program tuned to revitalize the skills and knowledge needed to thrive as a REALTOR in today s market. On average, our agents close or pend 3.4 transactions during this period.
• Develop strategies for the Spanish-speaking market: guide the marketing team to become the "go-to" agent for the Spanish-speaking community and build a team of vendors.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to build a steady stream of buyers and sellers.
• Sign buyers and sellers: master our systems to consult with and convert more clients; engage in extensive training to write offers, market homes, and price strategies.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers using proven scripts and techniques to exceed clients  goals.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, convert and set appointments; track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct three open houses monthly; participate in training for open houses and maintain work/life balance.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team standards; engage in role-playing to hone skills.
• Participate in team activities per team standards; office presence expected 3+ days per week; engage in client events, script practice, dialing, door-knocking, and social media.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls; view a weekly calendar to understand expectations.
• Spend less time on admin work with a done-for-you admin support team that reduces marketing and transaction tasks by about 75%.

• NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO JOIN TEAM (not required to apply)
• Spanish as a primary language; able to explain complex real estate and mortgage concepts in Spanish
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• Positive and people-oriented
• High integrity; punctual and able to keep a schedule
• Willing to show up to the office; work full-time, 40+ hours
• Ability to spend significant time driving; analyze clients’ needs and match to homes
• Coachable and eager to learn; high school graduate
