Commission based/1099 only. This is not a salaried/hourly position.
Responsibilities- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
Kickstart your career with our intensive 90-day training designed to sharpen your skills and knowledge, preparing you to excel as a REALTOR in today’s competitive market. On average, agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during this period. - Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Streamline your lead generation efforts using our proven systems to consistently attract motivated buyers and sellers ready to engage with you. - Secure buyers and sellers
Utilize our effective systems to consult with and convert more clients. Continuously enhance your expertise through hundreds of hours of training focused on offer writing, home marketing, and pricing strategies. - Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
Apply established scripts and negotiation techniques to craft win‑win agreements that surpass your clients’ expectations. - Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation, conversion, and appointment setting
This team is ideal for those committed to showing up, working diligently, and tracking their activities using PLACE Technology. - Host a minimum of three open houses each month
Conduct at least three open houses monthly, allowing yourself one weekend off per month to maintain work-life balance, supported by comprehensive training. - Engage in weekly script practice sessions
Participate in regular role‑playing and script practice to refine your communication and sales skills. - Take part in team activities as per standards
Join a hardworking team that meets in the office three or more days a week. Participate in client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media efforts alongside fellow full‑time agents. - Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Approach this role as a career, not a hobby, with a clear weekly schedule outlining expectations and ongoing support.
Must hold a valid real estate license at the time of hire (candidates currently enrolled in real estate school are encouraged to apply)
