If you're an accomplished real estate expert approaching retirement, with a flourishing client list and extensive industry connections, you have likely built a distinguished reputation through nurturing relationships, finalizing transactions, and establishing yourself as a trusted authority in the real estate market. This role focuses on helping you transition out of the industry while ensuring your clients continue to receive top-notch service.

We offer an ongoing referral partnership that allows you to benefit from and preserve your client relationships, ensuring they still enjoy quality service. You can transition to a Referral Partner while we handle follow-ups and targeted marketing, and you will receive a referral fee for each successful transaction originated from your referrals.

• Input your database into our marketing system
• Add and update your contacts in the database to grow your referral opportunities
• Refer all future inquiries to the team
• Attend client events, if desired, to maintain good relationships with past clients and your sphere
• Join the eXp Referral Program
• Maintain an active real estate license (Association membership not required)
