• Engage with prospective residents through active communication, tours, and follow-up to showcase the benefits of living in our community.
• Assist residents with all leasing inquiries and processes, ensuring a smooth transition into their new home.
• Accurately maintain and update resident files, keeping all documentation current and compliant with LIHTC regulations.
• Conduct outreach marketing activities to promote the community and attract potential tenants.
• Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates through effective lease renewals and retention strategies.
• Provide exemplary customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor communities to inform leasing tactics and rental pricing strategies.
• Adhere to all fair housing laws and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in a leasing or sales role, preferably within the affordable housing sector or LIHTC communities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.

• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
