Front of House Floor Manager Nexus Brewery & Restaurant – Albuquerque, NM $20/hour | 35–40 hrs/week
Reports to:
General Manager
Nexus Brewery is seeking a confident, guest-focused Floor Manager to lead shifts, support our FOH team, and create exceptional dining experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Guide shift flow and keep service running smoothly
Coach and support FOH team performance
Handle cashouts, reconcile deposits, and close out accurately
Resolve guest issues with grace and empathy
Communicate effectively between FOH, BOH, and leadership
What You Bring:
2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and shift management
Strong presence and people-first mindset
21+ with or able to obtain alcohol server certification
