Line​/Prep Cook - Healthcare

Ravenna Assisted Living in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Line / Prep Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals, we want to hear from you! We are locally owned and operated with a staff dedicated to bringing safety, wellness and care for our seniors.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and plate presentation
• Prepare soups, sauces, seafood, desserts, salads, and more
• Full-service role including opening and closing the kitchen
• Familiar with health and sanitation regulations

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Experience with scratch cooking and a la carte dining
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
