As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, creating a memorable bar experience for customers and staff. You should be friendly, communicate effectively, and consistently make drinks according to established standards. This role requires a minimum age of 21 years (per state law) and a commitment to making a positive impact on the team and guests.

Physical Standards:
Ability to remain stationary and exert controlled mobility for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds, frequently move plates, glasses, and baskets, communicate clearly, and follow safety protocols including wearing protective hand coverings, masks, and washing hands with disinfectants throughout the shift.
