Bartender

As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, serve both staff and customers, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time while delivering the best drinks to meet established standards.

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following established Standards.
• Cultivate a friendly atmosphere for both staff and customers.
• Assist servers and staff to deliver the best bar experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies on health, safety and cleanliness.

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Committed to making a positive impact on the team and guest experience.
• Experience with bar service or willingness to learn.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, baskets throughout the dining room, service bar, and kitchen over 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand covering, face covering/mask, and wash hands with disinfectant soap throughout the shift.
