Our franchise organization, PJuarez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The quality, quantity, freshness, tastiness, and presentation of our products significantly influence guests' perceptions of Golden Corral. The Food Prep Person is responsible for preparing (cutting, slicing, peeling, etc.) all fresh fruits and vegetables used in Golden Corral. Freshness in our Cold Choice Buffet reflects our commitment to high quality.

Operational Excellence:

• Prepares items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains inventory of prep items following guides and updates as directed.
• Ensures optimal yield of products through the product cycle.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Stores all food items in approved, covered containers.
• Follows buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life.
• Reports discrepancies such as spoilage or invoice errors to management.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, full buffet.
• Cleans and organizes prep areas and equipment.
• Follows duty roster and maintains standards of cleanliness, service, and quality.
• Adheres to just-in-time delivery responsibilities.
• Complies with local health department laws.

Guest Service:

• Performs administrative tasks and assists guests during meal periods.
