Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and facilitate purchases at the register.
• Provide suggestions and upsell products where appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance both inside and outside.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to accomplish daily goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull objects up to 20 pounds and bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may involve ladder use.
