As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00 to $15.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 14 – 16 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory inside and outside the department. Provide daily updates, respond to surveys, and communicate with supervisors.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, fixture building, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance.
• Team support:
  Provide help to fellow merchandisers as needed.

This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step on ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device.
• Have Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Have reliable transportation to visit assigned stores.
