Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused leader to manage a high‑traffic OXXO convenience store. The Store Manager will drive sales, ensure exceptional service, and maximize profitability while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and mentor store associates, providing continuous performance coaching.
- Maintain store financial controls, including monitoring merchandising, fuel, and freights to meet budgeted expectations.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and inventory integrity through regular checks and proactive restocking.
- Collaborate with District Manager and retail peers to share best practices and achieve operational excellence.
- Recruit, hire, and retain a highly motivated, customer‑centric team.
- Resolve customer issues, conflicts, and employee concerns in a professional, timely manner.
- Supervise deliveries, merchandise placement, and shelf stocking to maintain store image.
- Promote OXXO brand standards, suggestive selling, and exceptional service at all times.
- Minimum 2 years in a retail environment; leadership experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to corporate meetings.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Schedule flexibility – work peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Proficiency in accurate cash handling and transaction control.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and high attention to detail.
- Adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to lift, stand, and remain active for the duration of the shift.
- Commitment to ongoing employee training and development.
