Store Manager – Southwest Convenience Stores, LLC (OXXO USA)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused leader to manage a high‑traffic OXXO convenience store. The Store Manager will drive sales, ensure exceptional service, and maximize profitability while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and mentor store associates, providing continuous performance coaching.
  • Maintain store financial controls, including monitoring merchandising, fuel, and freights to meet budgeted expectations.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and inventory integrity through regular checks and proactive restocking.
  • Collaborate with District Manager and retail peers to share best practices and achieve operational excellence.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a highly motivated, customer‑centric team.
  • Resolve customer issues, conflicts, and employee concerns in a professional, timely manner.
  • Supervise deliveries, merchandise placement, and shelf stocking to maintain store image.
  • Promote OXXO brand standards, suggestive selling, and exceptional service at all times.
Qualifications / Education & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a retail environment; leadership experience required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to corporate meetings.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
Job Requirements
  • Schedule flexibility – work peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in accurate cash handling and transaction control.
  • Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and high attention to detail.
  • Adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and remain active for the duration of the shift.
  • Commitment to ongoing employee training and development.
