Job Purpose

The Technical Market and Sales Analyst role supports the sales and marketing teams by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current technical clients, conducting detailed market analysis, identifying potential leads, and assisting in the development of targeted outreach strategies. This role is designed to help drive business growth by generating qualified leads, gathering key market insights, and contributing to sales pipeline development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define client profiles for the different product / service offerings with client base identification in selected state by state process with the development of target client group marketing literature through use of AI tools.
  • Using the selected client target groups/product service offerings, in a given state, together with the prepared marketing literature. Develop a marketing campaign with the use of AI tools and trial the campaign in the selected state / target client group. Refine the marketing campaign based on target client adhesion.
  • Also develop for different target client groups and/or states and/or service offerings, with the continuation of outreach from earlier activities to further validate marketing effectiveness.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
    • Build and maintain a prospect database through online research and tools such as Linked In, directories, and company websites.
    • Support the development and execution of outbound sales campaigns, including email and call outreach.
    • Qualify leads and assist with scheduling meetings or product demos for the sales team.
    • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the selected CRM system.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports for administrative and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing to align messaging and leverage campaign data.
    • Contribute ideas and feedback in team meetings to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
    Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    Education and

    Qualifications:

    • Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
    • Coursework or training in market research, sales, or data analysis is an advantage.

    Knowledge:

    • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer journey concepts.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Awareness of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

    Experience:

    • Previous campaign or academic projects related to sales, marketing, or research is desirable.
    • Experience using Linked In and other online tools for lead generation is beneficial.

    Desirable:

    • Degree in business, science, or a legal field pertinent to the medical/legal framework.
    • Familiarity with the intersection of neuroscience and law.
    • Knowledge of MRI imaging and an overall desire to learn more about neuroimaging.
