We are inviting a dynamic and career‑focused individual to join our team as a Sales Agent in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers paid training, a $100K+ earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Sales Agent you will build high‑value relationships with potential and existing members, develop new business through proactive prospecting, and drive retention with exceptional customer service. Your success hinges on a competitive sales drive and effective communication—both written and verbal.

• Source and develop leads, continually network and prospect.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong retention.
• Self‑motivate and commit to building a profitable business.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines or Life Insurance licenses.
• Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background and credit check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
