- In office Sales Representative at Fred Loya Insurance Agency

Responsibilities- Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
- Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
- Accepts payments and processes transactions
- Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
- Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Engages in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
- Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
- Conducts FNOL vehicle inspections
- Captures vehicle photos (requires squatting, bending, flexing)
- Performs bank run deposits
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy desired
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience
- Must pass state licensing requirements
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience is helpful
