Associate Sales Representative

Alta Medical Specialties is a leader in the medical device and healthcare solutions industry. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge medical products and services that improve patient outcomes. We're looking for a driven, competitive Associate Sales Representative in New Mexico who wants to build a career in medical sales. This role is built for someone with a hunter mentality who likes going after new business and wants to learn the medical device industry from the ground up.

• Prospect for and win new business across the New Mexico territory through cold outreach, networking and in-person visits.
• Build and manage a pipeline of physicians, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare accounts.
• Learn Alta's product portfolio and confidently deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support Territory Managers and senior reps on account development, in-services and customer follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff to keep customers satisfied and coming back.
• Track activity, opportunities and results, and report regularly on progress toward sales goals.
• Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to give customers a great experience and grow revenue.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of sales experience (B2B or outside sales a plus)
• Hunter mentality: self-motivated, competitive and comfortable with cold outreach
• Strong work ethic and a drive to grow a career in medical sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, organized and able to manage your own schedule
• Willing to travel throughout the territory; valid driver's license required
