Outside Sales Representative

The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth within a designated territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing complex contracts. They conduct on-site assessments, deliver tailored proposals, and develop long-term client relationships to secure multi-year service agreements. Maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with service teams ensures seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits
• Present services including uniform rental and facility programs
• Develop proposals and close multi-year agreements
• Maintain CRM with client activity
• Achieve or surpass sales quotas
• Coordinate with service teams for smooth onboarding

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in related sectors
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record

• Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with potential total earnings from $50,000 to $120,000
