Garda World Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role requires adapting quickly to changing missions—from customer service to patrols to surveillance—and responding to incidents with agility and precision.

  Morning, Swing, or Overnight shifts (30‑40 hours per week, full‑time)
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 (or $25 if covering an armed post) with Daily Pay available for employees

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Level 3 New Mexico guard card
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
