As a Security Professional – Warehouse Patrol Officer in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable.

• Mon 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Tue 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Fri 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Sat 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Sun 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when necessary, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, including business offices and adjacent areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security‑related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access control and site‑specific procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or observations.
• Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.
• Complete security‑related documentation and incident reports as required by site policies.

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with X‑ray screening is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
