Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Armed Security Officers provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent.
Our highly sought after Armed Security officer positions include full training. If you have experience in security, law enforcement or military you are a great fit for this role.
Base pay range$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Active Level 3 Guard Card
- Must be able to handle stressful situations
- Must have de-escalation experience
- Must be able to conduct foot patrols of property
- Must have experience with security screenings of individuals
- Must be comfortable responding to calls of service around the property
