Armed Field Supervisor

We are hiring field supervisors at our Albuquerque, NM location. This role involves providing security and safety services for a range of client sites, including convenience stores, truck stops, travel centers, warehouses, and truck yards.

Pay: $24.00 per hour (plus Overtime where applicable). Consistent bi‑weekly pay.

• Must be 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Must be licensed as an Armed Security Guard (Level
  3) in New Mexico.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for armed roles).
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Applicants with criminal histories may be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, and preserving order while enforcing client site regulations.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Create an open forum for employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
