What You’ll Do
- Lead and perform appliance installations in residential settings.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Supervise and train junior installers, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Conduct site assessments and post-installation quality checks.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with professionalism.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Stay current on product knowledge and installation techniques.
- Travel regularly within your assigned market using a company vehicle.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of appliance installation experience or 2+ years as a Certified Installer at BSI Inc.
- 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with hand tools and interpreting installation instructions.
- Valid NM/TX driver’s license and DOT certification.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied field conditions.

- Work Environment & Travel
This role involves frequent fieldwork in varied conditions, including exposure to heat, noise, and job site hazards. PPE and safety awareness are essential. Regular travel within the region is required.
