SERVPRO is looking to grow its in-house construction team. We rebuild residential and commercial properties after water, fire, or mold damage, restoring them "like it never happened." Key Responsibilities

• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Perform construction and repair work according to industry standards on restoration projects.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment needs with supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with job leads.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to meet project timelines.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow local building codes, OSHA regulations, and SERVPRO standards.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in restoration or related fields is preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
• Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
