- Provide repair services for automobiles, trucks, and other construction equipment.
- Perform minor repairs of equipment on jobsites.
- Determine the nature and extent of damage or malfunction and, upon determination, order parts.
- Plan all work procedures.
- Raise vehicles with a hydraulic jack or hoist to gain access to mechanical units bolted to the underside of the vehicle.
- Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of management-level experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work both solo and in a team environment.
- Experience working through all types of weather, including inclement weather.
- Self‑starter with effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders with a weight of up to 80lbs.
Pay Range:
The Mechanic position pays an hourly wage of $25.00–$38.00, depending upon experience.
