This is a full-time, on-site role as a Fiber Splicer located in Albuquerque, NM. The Fiber Splicer will be responsible for splicing fiber optic cables to ensure reliable connections, using various splicing equipment and hand tools, and testing fiber signal strength to ensure optimal performance. Additional responsibilities include performing cable troubleshooting, conducting cable terminations, and maintaining structured cabling infrastructure. The role will also include following all safety protocols and maintaining high standards in daily operations.

• Proficient in handling cables and performing cabling tasks
• Experience working with structured cabling systems
• Knowledgeable in electricity with the ability to safely work with electrical systems
• Familiarity with a variety of hand tools relevant to fiber splicing and cable work
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and construction diagrams
• A proven commitment to safety while adhering to industry standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field is a plus
