• Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot & diagnose refrigeration and HVAC issues quickly and efficiently
• Install, repair, and maintain restaurant "hot" equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
• Work independently & with a team to complete service calls on time
• Maintain accurate job records – document work performed, parts used, and services provided
• Deliver exceptional customer service – educate clients on proper system maintenance

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC / refrigeration service
• Experience with small & large self‑contained refrigeration systems
• Restaurant "hot" equipment experience – big plus (we’ll train if needed)
• EPA Type II license required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills
• Go‑getter attitude; ability to work independently & manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
